Dive into the Future of AI with our Chatbot Challenge!

As part of our AIDS Department Symposium, we invite participants to design AI-powered chatbots on the spot. The twist? You’ll receive the theme/problem statement only at the start of the event, testing your creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise in real time.

Event Stages:

The event consists of 3 stages:

Stage 1: Registration & Shortlisting Quiz (if required)

• Mode: Online
• Quiz Duration: 15–20 minutes
• Content: Basic AI concepts, chatbot fundamentals, and general tech knowledge
• Purpose: If entries exceed the participant limit, all registered teams will appear for the quiz.
• Outcome: Shortlisted teams will qualify for the offline main event.

Stage 2: On-the-Spot Theme Reveal & Development

• Mode: Offline (On Campus)
• Teams will receive an on-the-spot theme/problem statement at the start of the event.
• They must design and develop a chatbot prototype within the given time frame.
• Duration: 2 hours

Stage 3: Live Demonstration & Presentation

• Mode: Offline (On Campus)
• Teams will present and demonstrate their chatbot to the judges.
• Duration: 10–15 minutes per team

Rules:

• Each team must have 2–3 members only.
• A participant cannot be part of multiple teams.
• The chatbot theme will be disclosed only at the offline venue during the event.
• Chatbots must be developed entirely within the event time limit.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

• Conversation Flow & Engagement – 25%
• Technical Implementation – 25%
• Presentation & User Experience – 20%
