Startup Expo 2025

Overview: Startup Expo, which is a part of Bengal E-Summit 2025 is an exhibition where startup owners can display their products/services. This expo will be visited by various entrepreneurs, Venture capitalists, and Angel investors.

Guidelines:

• The number of members in each team is capped at 4.
• Each participant must be unique to only one group under the event.
• All products or services of individual teams must be exclusive among the other participants.
• Adopting unfair means will lead to the direct disqualification of the team.
• The collective decision of the panel of judges shall be the final verdict for all participants.
• All team members of every participating team must be present on both event days for the entire duration of the respective event. Failing to do so will lead to disqualification from the team
• All team members of every participating team must report to the event registration desk before and after the event day.
• One week prior to the event's date, at least one member of each team must take approval from the event coordinator on their product or service.
• Each team may be required to present their business to the Jury and the Audience several times, and the final evaluation will be based upon
• The sum of the overall marks awarded by the jury.
• The team is completely responsible for their products/belongings, and the organizers are not liable in case of any items being misplaced.
• Coordinators reserve the right to change/add/remove any of the above rules in case of any unforeseeable circumstances.
• Attendance will be taken intermittently throughout both days of the event
• Participants are not allowed to sell their products directly to the visitors without prior consent from the organizers.
