Startup Expo'26: Stages and Timelines
Preliminary Phase
Interested startups can register for the event through our official website. The startups will be evaluated by designated industry experts before moving on to the next round.
Booth + Pitching Round
After your startup is selected from the first round, your team will get a chance to pitch in front of a panel of esteemed investors, incubators, venture capitalists and set up a booth showcasing your product or service to 30K+ attendees!
All that you need to know about Startup Expo'26
Startup Expo, organised by E-Cell NITB, is designed to provide a platform for early-stage startups to effectively pitch their idea to venture capitalists, incubators and investors for mentorship and funding opportunities. The event provides a unique opportunity to network with fellow founders and some of the nation’s most prominent investors like Mr. Mahavir Pratap Sharma sir, Chair TiE India Angels and more.
Eligibility:
- Startups should be in the scaling phase: Incubation, Pre-seed stage or Seed funded startups.
- Startups’ website should be officially registered and should also be active
- The participation details for the event are:
- INR 8,999 for booth and pitching session
- An optional INR 7,000 for accommodation for 2 people on 14th and 15th including meals.
Event schedule:
The event will be conducted on 14th and 15th of February on the campus of NIT Bhopal, involving a dedicated booth setup by all participating startups, a pitching session in front of the esteemed investor panel followed by a corporate lunch.
The competition will be conducted in 2 Phases:
- Registration: Startups can register on the above mentioned link to gain a chance to showcase their service or product at Central India’s largest Startup Expo
- Pitching Round: The pitching round will involve a pitching session and a dedicated booth setup by the startup.

About Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal
- Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) Bhopal was founded in the year 1960 and is named after the renowned educationalist and scholar, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, former Union Education Minister, Govt. of India.
- The campus is spread over an area of 650 acres of land.
- The entire campus consists of an administrative and academic building, workshop, Community center and Library, Residential area accommodation for students and faculty and other general amenities such as post office, dispensary, etc.
- MANIT offers various UG and PG programs in various streams of B.Tech and M.Tech respectively.
