StrategiX 2025: Case Competition

Are you ready to solve real-world business challenges and showcase your strategic thinking? StrategiX is a premier national-level case study competition hosted by the Fintech Club, CEV at NIT, Surat. Compete against the brightest minds from across India in a rigorous, multi-stage event designed to test your analytical, financial, and presentation skills.

Eligibility:

• Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students from recognized colleges/universities in India.
• Team size: Maximum of 4 members.

Competition Format:

Round 1: Online Quiz

• Format: 20 objective questions covering business, finance, and current affairs.
• Duration: 15 minutes.
• Top 40 teams will advance to Round 2.

Round 2: Case Study Submission

• Shortlisted teams will receive a detailed case study.
• Deliverable: Executive summary and detailed analysis (PPT/PDF; max 10 slides/pages).
• Evaluation based on depth of analysis, creativity, feasibility, and clarity.
• Top 5 teams will be selected for the final round.

Round 3: Grand Finale Presentations

• Finalists will present their solutions to an expert panel (online/offline).
• Each team gets 10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes Q&A.
• Winners and runners-up will receive certificates and exciting prizes.

Guidelines & Rules:

• Plagiarism or use of AI-generated content without citation will lead to disqualification.
• Teams must adhere to deadlines; late submissions will not be accepted.
• All decisions by the organizing committee and judges are final and binding.
• Any form of malpractice will result in immediate disqualification.

Timeline:

• Round 1 Quiz: 7:30 PM IST - 21st July
• Round 2 Case Release: 23rd July - 1st August
• Round 2 Submission Deadline: 1st August
• Grand Finale: 5th August
