Welcome to the Strategy Showdown – an intense competition designed to unearth the most effective, unique, and innovative go-to-market plans from the brightest minds in India. As a very early-stage startup, traditional methods used by large organizations with big pockets won't work for us. In today’s technology-driven world, how can you make an impact? Open your mind, think beyond conventional approaches, and get ready to tackle real-world business challenges. Scenario:
Kinetic VPN is dedicated to delivering the ultimate gaming experience while ensuring top-notch security and privacy for gamers. Catering to the indian gaming community, Kinetic VPN offers a mobile app that provides a premium experience entirely for free. Remember you don’t Include plans for social media, seo and ppc campaigns or plans in your GTM Plan. Below is the resources to help you.

What’s the Challenge?
Teams will be provided a case study and tasked with creating detailed go-to-market strategies to help Kinetic VPN achieve the following objectives in India (keep in mind that you're creating these strategies for a very early-stage startup):
- Business growth and expansion plan.
- Developing innovative non-traditional marketing and sales strategies.
- Attracting new gamers.
- Establishing the brand name among the gaming community in India and abroad.
- Promoting the Kinetic Vpn service to potential customers.
- Developing go-to-market strategies.
Competition Structure:
- Submission Format: PDF/PPT.
- Content/Structure of Response: Summarize your understanding of Kinetic Vpn’ business and business model, key insights, the methods you followed to prepare this response, market research information, and your final recommendations/strategies, keeping the guardrails in mind. Include sources and details of any live interviews you conducted with experts/clients. Responses will also be judged on how well you understood the ask of this case study.

Evaluation and Presentation:
Winners and runners-up will be determined based on points awarded for each of the guardrails and creativity beyond the guardrails. Teams are encouraged to think outside the boundaries and innovate beyond the given parameters.

- Digital Innovation: Suggest innovative digital marketing tactics that go beyond traditional social media, influencers, and SEO.
- Experiential Marketing: How would you incorporate experiential marketing tactics to create immersive, memorable experiences for potential customers?
- Guerrilla Marketing Tactics: Propose unconventional, low-cost, high-impact guerrilla marketing strategies tailored for the Indian market.
- Community Engagement Initiatives: Develop a plan to build and engage a community around the brand, both online and offline.
- Metrics of Success: Apart from traditional KPIs, suggest creative ways to measure the impact and success of your proposed campaign.
- Budget Innovation: How would you creatively allocate the given budget to maximize impact and efficiency? Are there unconventional methods to stretch the budget further?
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Identify potential unconventional partnerships or collaborations that could amplify Kinetic Vpn reach and appeal in the Indian market.
- Viral Marketing Concepts: Develop an idea for a viral marketing campaign. What innovative concept could capture widespread attention and bring spotlight to Kinetic Vpn?

Eligibility:
The competition is open to all students in graduation and post-graduation.
Rules:
- Team Changes: Not allowed post-registration.
- Number of Teams: No upper limit per campus.
- Late Submissions: Not accepted.
- Multiple Submissions: Disqualification for the same track.
- Teams: 1-5 members per team.
- Inter-Campus Teams: Allowed.
- Inter-Specialization Teams: Allowed.

All decisions regarding results, assessments, and prizes lie with Bytesecured Solutions.
