About Savante'
Savante' is a resource hub, born from the idea of increasing the reach of free educational resources, by creating a pool of open source or freely available content, which can be accessed by anyone on the planet! Savante' BITS Pilani, in association with Seekho app, is organizing the Teach it in a Minute Challenge.
Rules:
Please read and carefully consider the following details and guidelines for the Teach It in a Minute Challenge before submitting your videos.
- The competition theme is teaching something to people in an innovative manner. All submitted entries must establish a link to this theme.
- While we encourage learning of all things, this competition is restricted to helping people learn academic, technical, business, entrepreneurial, productivity concepts. Dance, fashion, beauty, food & recipes, sports and other lifestyle entries will not be considered.
- Entrants may use their creativity and discretion to teach any topic. Submitted videos can be animated or live-action funny or serious.
- All films must be made specifically for the Teach It In A Minute competition.
- Each film must be no shorter than 45 seconds and no longer than 90 seconds. Opening and/or closing credits are not required, but if added need to conform to the above time duration.
- Videos should be primarily in English or have no dialogue at all. Non-English audio can be used for effect.
- Ensure that all content in your videos (including footage, music, images, props, etc.) is your own. Entries containing any unauthorized content will be disqualified.
- All entries must be submitted online on the Seekho app by 11:59 PM, 12th June 2021.
- Content must comply with the national laws of the country of origin and India.
- Content should not:
- Promote illegal behavior
- Support racial, religious, sexual, or other invidious prejudice
- Advocate sexual or violent exploitation
- Violate rights established by law
- Invade the privacy of any person

Judging Criteria:
- 1st Phase: will be based on public choice and views. The top 30 videos with the most unique views, likes & shares will be considered as finalists ( minimum 30 likes).
- 2nd Phase: The top 30 videos will be evaluated by judges based on video quality, delivery, creativity, and overall impact of the video.
- The judges may disqualify a film if they have reason to believe that it does not comply with the entry terms and conditions, so make sure you have read them thoroughly!
The judging for 1st phase will be done by 13th June 2021 and final winners will be declared by 15th June 2021.
