The Texas Instruments Innovation Challenge (TIIC) – North America Design Contest s a student competition open for North American universities (undergraduates and postgraduates). 

Solve today’s challenges on Automotive/Industrial/Innovation with an electronic solution using your analog and embedded processing skills! Expand your knowledge whilst working on a systems-level project!

TI, a global semiconductor company and a recognized leader in the industry, is now accepting entries for the North American Texas Instruments Contest – Innovation Challenge. Mouser is an exclusive partner in sponsorship of the event. 

Mouser Electronics Inc., the global authorized distributor with the newest semiconductors and electronic components, has teamed with Texas Instruments to create an opportunity for engineering students to get some invaluable real-life experience in electronic design and problem solving, and perhaps win some serious money in the process.

PRIZES

The following prizes will be awarded:

• First place:  $10,000 (Ten Thousand USD)
• Second place:  $7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred USD)
• Third place:  $5,000 (Five Thousand USD)

Categorical Prizes: Prize amounts may vary. $1,000 (One Thousand USD) to $2,000 (Two Thousand USD)

All prizes will be distributed in the form of a check.  In the event that a prize is won by a Team, the prize will be awarded to the members of the Team divided equally among the members of the Team (unless specifically requested otherwise by more than one member of the Team,) with the Sponsor providing a check in the applicable amount to each member of the Team.
