The Pentagon

Do you possess the 'inner eye' to see coherent patterns in the chaotic embroidery of problems? Are you often praised for your remarkable resourcefulness? Do you have the zest to lock horns with the intricacies of management and defeat them with your on-point strategies? If yes, "Pentagon" is the right opportunity for you. This competition is your chance to put your skills to the test in a real business world where challenges strike at each step and complexities compel your mind to push its limits

Registration:

• The registrations for "Pentagon"  will commence from 19 February 2021 and end on 2 March 2021.
• Participants are required to enter the contest in teams.Each team will consist of one to four members.

Preliminary Round:

1. The participating teams will undergo a screening test.
2. Primarily, the test will be based on a case study or a D2C quiz
3. The factors that will be taken into account while evaluation is the number of teams participating, the invited startup, and the level of difficulty that we plan on the setting.
4. Out of all the participating teams, only five will be shortlisted for the final round.

Final Round:

1. Angel One will display varying ranges of problems faced by them in their business ventures
2. The problems may include managing resources, allotment of people in the right workforces and teams, issues related to taxes and marketing
3. The participating teams will be granted a period of thirty minutes to come up with appropriate solutions
4. The solutions will be presented to a Jury. The Jury will consist of top tier personnel from Angel One
5. A cross-questioning session will be held by the Jury
6. Based on the points given by the judges, three out of five teams will emerge victoriously
