Event Flow:

Round 1 · Registration & Briefing:

• Onboarding & Rule Explanation
• On-the-spot registrations (if applicable) will be allowed.
• Participants will be provided login credentials for the trading platform.
• Detailed briefing of rules, trading mechanics, and evaluation criteria.

Round 2 · Live Trading Session Begins:

• Market Opens
• Selected stocks will be released on the platform.
• Each team will receive fixed virtual capital.
• Participants can begin trading (buy/sell) in real-time.

Round 3 · Market Volatility Phase:

• Dynamic Market Conditions
• Sudden price fluctuations, crashes, and spikes will be introduced.
• Participants must continuously track market movement.
• Quick decision-making and strategy adaptation will be critical.

Round 4 · Market Close:

• Trading Halt
• Trading session will officially end.
• No further transactions will be allowed.
• All remaining shares will be settled at closing price.

Round 5 · Evaluation & Results:

• Winner Declaration
• Final capital will be calculated: Cash Balance + Value of Remaining Shares
• Teams will be ranked accordingly.
• Winners will be declared based on highest capital.

Rules & Guidelines:

• Participation is in single or duo format; only registered teams allowed.
• Each team gets unique login access; no duplicate/unauthorized entries.
• Teams receive fixed virtual capital at the start.
• Trade virtual stocks in real-time during the event window.
• Buy/sell allowed only within official trading time.
• Prices will fluctuate dynamically (simulated market).
• No trades allowed after market closes.
• Final score = Cash + value of remaining shares.
• Highest total capital wins.
• Unfair practices = immediate disqualification.
• Organizers’ decisions are final.
