TVS Credit E.P.I.C 7.0 — Finance Challenge

TVS Credit presents E.P.I.C (Enrich, Perform, Innovate, Challenge), a campus challenge program designed for college students.

This contest offers you a platform to apply your technical knowledge and skills to real-life business problems. Through your participation, you stand the chance to network with the best minds in the industry, hone your skills through the challenges, and to top it all, win exciting cash rewards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students from all B-Schools with a Finance specialization or Chartered Accountants who have passed their CA Final-level 3 exams (from Nov 2024 onwards) and CA aspirants who have passed their Intermediate level 2 exams and who will be appearing for the final exams in the next 6-8 months are eligible to apply. Students pursuing any courses with Finance specialization are eligible to apply as well.
• This is a team/individual challenge (Min: 1 student, Max: 2 students).
• One student can’t be a member of more than one team.

Team Formulation Guidelines:

• Each team must choose a name for their team.
• It is the team leader’s responsibility to ensure that all the team members are eligible to participate in the contest.
• Violation of the eligibility criteria or team constitution will automatically disqualify the team.
• TVS Credit reserves the right to check the validity of the registration information submitted at any point in time.
• Modification of team members post-registration will not be allowed.
• Cross-college teams are not allowed.

Stages:

Round 1: Online Assessment

• The quiz window will be open for 8 hours.
• Each Team Leader will get a set of 30 questions, which need to be answered in 30 minutes.
• The teams will be ranked based on the score and the finishing time; This means that if two teams have the same score, then the team that finished earlier will be ranked higher.
• Participating teams will move on to the next level based on their performance in this assessment.
• The results of the quiz will be declared after 1-2 days from the end of Round 1.
• The top 15 teams from Treasure Hunt do not need to attempt the Quiz Round. They get a direct entry to Round 2.

Round 2: Case Study Challenge

• Shortlisted teams from Round 1 and the Treasure Hunt Round will participate in the case study round.
• The teams will have to download the finance case study.
• The deliverables will be mentioned in the case study.
• The participating teams in this round will move on to the next level based on their performance.

Round 3: Grand Finale

• Shortlisted teams will present their solutions to the jury.
• The finale date will be shared shortly.

• First Prize: INR 1,00,000 
• Second Prize: INR 75,000
• Third Prize: INR 50,000
