UI/UX Design Internship Challenge

We are thrilled to launch a UI/UX Design Contest for freshers and final-year students passionate about building world-class user experiences. This is more than just a contest — it’s your gateway to the professional design world!

What’s in it for you?

• Cash Prize: Total ₹44000 (cash prize + stipend) to be won.
• Paid Internship: Top performers will be offered a 3-month paid internship at Advertalyst.
• Full-Time Opportunity: Based on internship performance, selected interns may receive an offer for a full-time position post-internship.

Rules of Engagement:

• Eligibility:
  • Only freshers and final-year students pursuing graduation/post-graduation are eligible.
  • Participants must be available for a full-time paid internship immediately after the contest.
• Contest Process:
  • Design Assignment: Once registered, participants will receive a design challenge brief (aligned to real-world product scenarios).
  • Submission Deadline: All design submissions must be sent in by the specified deadline (mentioned in the brief). Late submissions will not be considered.
• Submission Guidelines:
  • Submit your work in Figma/Adobe XD/ PDF or similar formats, along with a presentation explaining your design choices.
  • Entries must include wireframes, final UI screens, and a short rationale (maximum 300 words) describing your design thinking.
  • Original work only — plagiarism or any malpractices will lead to disqualification.

• Post-Contest Process:
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a brief interview round to discuss their work and understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
  • Selected candidates will be offered paid internships starting immediately, with a path towards full-time conversion based on performance.
