World Business Dialogue 2022

Who We Are:

The World Business Dialogue is one of the world’s largest international student-run business conventions. During WBD, the leaders of today and the leaders of tomorrow come together in Cologne, Germany, and join a cross-generational and cross-cultural discussion. 100% student – 100% voluntary – 100% professional.

What We Do:

We foster an international exchange about topics that have a deep impact on businesses as well as on society. The exchange is between different cultures, generations, and professions. In brief, it is between all of you who want to be part of a diverse exchange.  A topic that cannot get out of our minds is Responsible Leadership. We want to define the characteristics of a responsible leader, how you can learn to manage responsibly, and what are possible limits (in particular in extreme situations like the Corona crisis). Therefore, we have started a podcast. Its name is its aim at the same time: “The Dialogue”. You can also check out our Blog with international thoughts on responsible leadership from our community. Another option is our video series “Leading Responsibly through the Corona crisis” where we gather short opinions from leaders from all around the world.

What We Want to Achieve: Our aim is to create a World of Business Dialogue and – by doing so – to get new perspectives on current challenges so that innovative solutions can thrive.
