Event Overview

Event Dates: April 12 – 13, 2025

Mode: LAN Tournament (Offline)

Team Composition: Squads of 4 to 5 players

Map Selection: Randomized before each match

Identity Verification: Valid school/college ID card required at the venue
Device and Equipment Guidelines

Only mobile phones are allowed for gameplay
-
Emulators, tablets, controllers, and external triggers are strictly prohibited
-
Unauthorized devices or peripherals will result in immediate disqualification

Game-modifying software and third-party tools are strictly banned
-
Devices with inbuilt controllers must be declared in advance and approved by the organizing committee

Code of Conduct

Use of hacks, cheats, or third-party tools is strictly prohibited

Teaming, match-fixing, and exploitation of game mechanics are forbidden

Verbal abuse, harassment, or any unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disciplinary action or disqualification
Technical Responsibility

No rematches will be provided due to individual device failure, disconnection, or connectivity issues

Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet and functioning devices before the match
Prize Distribution

Prizes will be awarded to the Top 2 Teams

An MVP Award will be given for individual excellence
-
Prizes will be disbursed via bank transfer or UPI within 21 business days post-event
Disqualification Guidelines

Violation of rules will result in immediate disqualification

Absence from scheduled matches without prior notice will lead to removal

Only registered team members are permitted; unauthorized substitutions are not allowed
Appeal Process

Appeals must be raised through official channels only
-
Must be submitted within the defined timeframe following the match

Gameplay recordings may be requested for review during the appeal
Communication and Announcements

All official updates will be communicated via dedicated Neutron Fest WhatsApp groups

Each team must ensure at least one representative is present in the communication group at all times
Final Authority
-
The organizing committee reserves full authority over interpretation and enforcement of all rules

Amendments to rules may be made as necessary, with official notification to all participants

All decisions by the organizing committee are final and binding
