Euphony - Battle of Bands: Stages and Timelines
Online Video Submission
Online Submission (Via Unstop) Rules:
- One video entry per team
- Video must be uploaded in MP4 format only
- Submission must be done on Unstop through a Word/PDF document with the Google Drive link with open access
- Performance duration must be 4 to 6 minutes
- Original compositions are allowed
- Videos must clearly display all band members and their instruments.
- Ensure clarity of video and audio, with minimal background noise.
- The use of background music or autotune is strictly prohibited.
- Foul language is strictly prohibited.
- In the event of any issues or technical problems during submission, participants should contact the designated Point of Contact immediately for assistance.
On-Campus Round
For the Final Round, the shortlisted teams will be invited to perform on campus. On-Campus Round Rules: Each team must consist of 4 to 8 members (this includes instrumentalists).Performance time: 6 minutes Setup and soundcheck: 3 minutesIf a song is played during soundcheck, it will be included in the performance time.Teams that exceed the time limit will incur negative marking.The organisers will provide a drum kit (with cymbals), microphones, amplifiers, and electrical extensions (according to the college's availability).Pre-recorded music or tracks are not allowed for mixing in performances.Use of auto-tuning, transposing, or similar effects is strictly prohibited.Explicit or offensive lyrics/gestures/misconduct will result in immediate disqualification from the competition and may lead to immediate expulsion from the stage.*Subject to 30% TDS

SAAZ, the music club of SIBM Bengaluru, proudly presents EUPHONY, the ultimate Battle of Bands, as part of Revelation '26. This year, we invite you to unleash your musical finesse and set the stage ablaze with performances that redefine the essence of rhythm and resonance.
Let your band take the centre stage. Let your sound rule the realm. Will you be the voice that echoes in eternity?
Guidelines:
- Each team must consist of 4 to 8 members.
- The organisers will provide the drum set, microphones, guitar and bass amplifiers (if required by the participants), and electrical extensions, subject to the college’s availability.
- Teams will be judged based on skills, coordination, and energy.
- Original compositions are encouraged; cover songs will attract reduced marking.
- The performance or songs involved must not defame or hurt the sentiments of any religion, caste, etc.
- Use of foul or offensive language will result in immediate disqualification.
- Participants must adhere to rules and regulations. Failure to follow the same will lead to immediate disqualification.
- All participants must carry a valid ID card from their institute or a bonafide certificate duly signed by the Director, along with a valid government-issued photo ID (Such as a Driving license/passport/ Aadhar card).
- The decision of the judges and the Organising Committee will be considered final and binding.
- All rounds are elimination rounds.
