Our Motive:

Eligibility and Registration Rules:

• Team Size: 2-3 members per team.
• Inter-college and Inter-specialization teams are allowed.
• Registration Fee: INR 150/- per team.
• Teams can only participate in one group.

Important Dates:

• Registration Deadline: 9th of January 2025.
• Abstract Submission Deadline: 20th of January 2025.
• Final Round: Offline on NMIMS Mumbai campus, March 2025.

Competition Format:

Round 1: Abstract Submission

• Teams must submit a 500-word abstract.
• Font: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12, Single Line Spacing.
• The abstract should align with one of the given topics under Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Management.
• All submissions must follow the prescribed format and naming convention: "Author1_Author2_Author3_CollegeName".
• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited; references must be properly cited.
• Abstracts should be submitted via Unstop.

Round 2: Poster Presentation

• Shortlisted teams will present their posters offline at NMIMS Mumbai in March 2025.
• Teams must ensure the physical presence of all team members (consideration for international participants on prior communication).
