Kalakriti - Art Exhibition: Stages and Timelines
Round 1 - Online
The participant must submit 5 images of artwork showing the progress of the artwork. It must be shared via a Google Drive link in the portal below. Do check out the Round 1 Rulebook attached below.
Finals - Offline
The contestants will be shortlisted and asked to present their artwork in offline mode on the campus, then and only then he/she would be eligible for the final round.

Theme:- The Aught - Era of 2000's
Participation Qualifications:
- Contestants have to follow the given theme in order to qualify for participation.
- Age limit : 16 - 25 yrs of age
- Individual participation.
- The contestant must be able to present a hard copy of the artwork done by him/her on the day of the event.
- Contestants must be able to prove that the artwork done by him/her solely belongs to them and the artwork was not done previously or copied from anywhere.
- The contestants have to share 3-5 images, at the time of submission, of their artwork in order to state that the artwork created was made by them.
- Failing to follow these points will lead to disqualification.
Submission details:
The artwork should be around the event theme "The Aught - The era of 2000-2010".
- The sheet should be between the sizes A4 - A3 meaning any size in between is valid.
- There are no restrictions on the type of artwork,it can be a sketch, a painting, or a portrait. The only restriction is that it should be on a sheet of paper.
- As stated, for the first round the submission would be online consisting of 5 images of artwork showing the progress of the artwork and after shortlisting the individual is required to present the artwork on campus at the day of the event.
Round Details:
- 1st round will be held online in which the contestant needs to upload their final artwork, along with their initials on the back of the drawing sheet, and also upload the images showing the artwork progress.
- The contestants will be shortlisted and asked to present their artwork in offline mode on the campus, then and only then he/she would be eligible for the final round.
- The expenses for shipping( in case participant is situated out of Nagpur), traveling cost, and any type of cost will not be compensated by the Abhivyakti team.
- The Contestant has to bear the cost for any expenses themselves.
- Final round consists of selecting the winners, the winner will be decided by the judges and the 1st runner will be decided by the general public (mass voting).

Rewards and Prizes?
All the Participants with valid submissions will receive an e-certificate while the people qualifying the rounds will be receiving additional rewards.
