Mr & Ms. Debonair: Stages and Timelines
Online Auditions | Submission Round (via Unstop)
In this round, participants introduce themselves and showcase their unique style, personality, and charm through online video submissions. A panel of judges evaluates these submissions based on confidence, style, and overall presentation. The top 200 participants from each category (Mr. Debonair and Ms. Debonair) selected from Round 1 will receive an invitation to the virtual interviews, where they'll have the opportunity to advance further in the competition. This will be a submission round! You will see the “Submit” button here, once the round is live.
Interviews and Shortlisting
In this phase of the competition, the top 200 participants from each category (Mr. Debonair and Ms. Debonair) selected from Round 1 will engage in virtual interviews. These interviews serve as a platform for participants to further showcase their personality, confidence, and communication skills. Participants will be assessed based on their ability to express themselves articulately and convey their unique qualities. After the interviews, the top 100 participants (50 from each category) will be shortlisted to advance to the finale round. These finalists will receive an exclusive invitation to a grooming session in Lucknow, which will enhance their skills and prepare them for the grand finale. The grooming session is available at a fee of ₹5999 and will span over 5 days, providing participants with valuable training and insights to excel in the competition.. This will be a Offline round! Final Rounds and Grooming Session
The top 100 participants, with an equal split from each category (Mr. Debonair and Ms. Debonair), will advance to the final rounds of the competition. As an acknowledgment of their achievements, they will receive an exclusive invitation to a comprehensive grooming session held in Lucknow from January 5th to 10th. This grooming session, priced at 5999, is designed to refine their style, poise, and confidence. On January 11th, participants will have a final rehearsal to ensure they are ready for the grand stage. Finally, on January 12th in the evening, the culmination of their journey will take place with the glamorous final ramp walk. It's an opportunity for these contestants to showcase their transformation, and one lucky participant from each category will be crowned "Mr. Debonair" and "Ms. Debonair" during this prestigious event.. Eliminator Round 1: Online Auditions

- Round 1 Overview: The journey begins with the Online Auditions, where participants create and submit a video introducing themselves and showcasing their unique style, personality, and charm. This initial round allows contestants to make a memorable first impression.
- Judging Criteria: A panel of judges will evaluate submissions based on confidence, style, and overall presentation.
- Announcement: The top 200 participants will be selected from Round 1 to proceed to the next phase.
- Grooming Session Invitation: These top 100 contestants will receive an exclusive invitation to the grooming session and the opportunity to walk the finale stage.
- Grooming Session Fee: The grooming session, which includes training and preparation, is priced at ₹5999 for a 5-day program in Lucknow.
Eliminator Round 2: Virtual Interviews

- Platform: Virtual Interviews
- Round 2 Overview: The second Eliminator Round features Virtual Interviews. Contestants engage in virtual interviews conducted by the judging panel, providing insights into their personalities, aspirations, and why they aspire to be "Mr. & Ms. Debonair.
- Judging Criteria: Judges assess participants based on communication skills, confidence, and their ability to articulate their thoughts effectively.
- Announcement: Following the Virtual Interviews, the top 100 finalists (50 Mr. Debonair and 50 Ms. Debonair) will be selected to proceed to the grooming program and the grand finale.
Grand Finale:
- The top 100 finalists will embark on a five-day grooming program to refine their skills, including ramp walks, talent showcases, and personality development. The grand offline finale will take place at NSS-Fest, where finalists will compete in various segments, showcasing their elegance, charm, and talent.
Prizes and Recognition:
- Winners of "Mr. & Ms. Debonair" will have the opportunity to win prizes worth up to ₹10 lakhs.
- In addition to the cash prizes, they will receive certificates of achievement and enjoy grooming sessions to further enhance their debonair qualities.
