Eligibility Criteria:

• All undergraduate and postgraduate students from any discipline are eligible to participate in the event.

Rules and Regulations:

• Participants must design and construct their dresses entirely during the designated competition time.
• Time Limit: Participants will have 2 hours to complete their paper dress.
• Team Size: Each team will consist of 3-4 participants.
  • 3 Designers: The team members responsible for designing and constructing the dress.
  • 1 Model: The participant who will wear the dress once completed.
• Originality: Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Any work found copied will lead to disqualification.
• Judging Criteria: Creativity, design, functionality, and overall presentation of the dress.
• Judge's Decisions: The decisions of the judges will be final and binding.
• During the competition, participants are prohibited from using phones or any electronic devices.
• Theme for the Dress: Vintage Era
• The primary material for this competition is the newspaper. Participants are allowed to use other complementary materials such as glue, tape, and basic sewing supplies for assembly. However, the newspaper should be the dominant material in the design.
• No ready or semi-finished dress or materials will be accepted from a participant in the competition.
• No mobile or internet access will be permitted during the competition.
