The event offers a unique opportunity to look through high-powered telescopes, uncover the mysteries of the night sky, and enjoy a fun-filled evening with games, food stalls, and a cozy movie screening.

Whether you're an astronomy enthusiast or simply looking to relax under the stars, there’s something for everyone! The evening will kick off with stargazing and telescope viewing, followed by a series of engaging games and delicious food from local stalls. Afterward, settle down for an atmospheric movie screening under the open sky, and end the night exploring the scenic IIT Hyderabad campus at your own pace.

We recommend that you carry warm clothes/blankets for your comfort during the event. Bring your friends and family for a night of cosmic wonder! Please bring your Govt. ID along with you.

Event Guidelines:

• Please be respectful while using the telescopes and ensure that everyone has a chance to view the night sky.
• Vehicles should be parked near the main gate and can reach the venue using internal bus service.
• Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the campus premises. Violations will result in strict measures being taken against the individuals involved.
• For the safety of everyone, drugs, sharp objects, explosives, or any other deemed unsafe items are strictly prohibited inside the campus.
• Guests are requested to uphold etiquette and cleanliness while adhering to campus rules and regulations throughout their stay.
• Kindly refrain from damaging any property on campus. Failure to do so will lead to strict disciplinary actions.
• Guests are requested not to cause any disturbances/disputes/misbehavior with students in the IITH community.
• In case of extreme weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms), the event may be rescheduled. Stay tuned for updates on our social media channels.
• Visiting hostels and lab areas is strictly prohibited.
• Any decisions taken by the Security and Elan & nVision team are final in case of disputes.
• IIT Hyderabad will not be responsible for any disturbances caused.
• Everyone is advised to leave the campus by midnight.
