Screening Quiz
Participants will attempt an online quiz designed to assess analytical ability and basic business understanding.
Case Submission
Shortlisted teams will receive a detailed case along with guidelines on 19 April 2026 and teams are required to analyse the case and submit their solutions in PPT/PDF format.
On-Campus Presentation
Shortlisted teams will be invited to present their solutions at Hindu College, University of Delhi and each team will present their solution followed by a Q&A session with the judging panel.

Policy Forum, conducted under the Hindu Business Summit 2026 at Hindu College, University of Delhi (MECCA ’26), is a policy-focused competition designed to evaluate participants on analytical thinking, problem structuring, and solution development in the context of public policy and governance.
The competition provides participants with the opportunity to engage with real-world policy challenges, analyse complex issues, and propose well-reasoned, implementable solutions through a structured, multi-stage format. Shortlisted teams will advance to the final round, where they will present their policy recommendations on campus before a panel of judges.
Guidelines
- The competition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students across India.
- Participants can register in teams of 1–4 members.
- Inter-college teams are allowed.
- Inter-specialization teams are allowed.
- Teams must adhere strictly to submission guidelines and deadlines.

Rules
- Each team must participate in the quiz and subsequent rounds as per the competition structure.
- All submissions must be original work of the participants.
- Any form of plagiarism or use of unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Teams must adhere to the prescribed formats, guidelines, and deadlines.
- Only shortlisted teams will proceed to subsequent rounds.
- The decision of the judges and organizing committee will be final and binding.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the competition structure or timeline if required.
