Razzmatazz is more than just a dance event - it’s a celebration of rhythm, creativity, and team spirit. Bringing together some of the most dynamic performers, this event promises to light up Revelation 2026 with electrifying routines, vibrant expression, and unmatched energy.

The theme “Dance Without Boundaries” means giving every performer full freedom to shine in their own style. There is no fixed theme you can groove, jump, twist, or even mix any forms you love. This event celebrates creativity, confidence, and pure fun on stage. So just bring your energy, break the rules, and let the music guide your moves!

Designed to showcase teamwork, precision, and artistic flair, Razzmatazz invites groups to set the stage ablaze with performances that captivate both judges and the audience. With complete freedom over dance style and presentation, participants have the perfect platform to display their versatility and passion.

Performance Timeline:

• No. of rounds: One final round on campus.
• Each team has a minimum 5 minutes and a maximum 7 minutes to deliver their performance.
• An additional 3-minute window is provided for setting up and clearing the stage.
• The total time allocated per team is 10 minutes, ensuring seamless transitions and a smooth flow of performances.

Guidelines:

To ensure fairness and smooth functioning of the event, teams must follow the guidelines below:

• A maximum of 10 performers can be present on stage during the performance at a time.
• Team size should be between 5 and 20 participants.
• There is no restriction on dance style or theme participants are free to perform in any genre they choose.
• Props are allowed and encouraged, provided they are safe and manageable.
• Props like colour, fire, or water, that may disrupt the other performances are prohibited.
• Any form of obscenity, vulgarity, or inappropriate gestures is strictly prohibited and can lead to disqualification.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
• Non-adherence to rules will result in mark deductions.
• All participants must carry a valid institute ID card, along with a government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, or Driving License).
• Teams must report 60 minutes before the event begins. The same will be shared via email the day before.
• Coordination with the organizing committee is essential to prevent technical issues or delays.
• Participating colleges must send their audio track (in MP3 format) at least 3 days prior to the main event.
• The props and backdrop (if required) must be communicated with the organizing committee 3-4 days prior to the event.
• There is no restriction on the number of teams participating from the same institute.
  
• Participants can participate in a team of 2 members only.
  
• One member cannot be part of more than one team.
  
• Modification of team post registration will not be entertained.
  
• Aggressive arguments or misbehavior with the judges or organizing team will not be tolerated, and the team committing such offense will be eliminated from the competition.
• The decision of the judges and the Organizing Committee will be considered final and binding.
  
• All participants' IDs must be displayed for all events.
  
• Prize money of ₹10,000 or more is subject to a 30% TDS deduction.
