Pitch Deck Submission
Participants are required to submit their startup pitch deck (PDF format) highlighting problem, solution, traction, business model, and growth plans. Based on the evaluation, top 25 teams will be shortlisted for the next round.
Live Boardroom Pitch (Offline)
The shortlisted 25 teams from Round 1 will be invited to Delhi Technological University for a live boardroom-style pitching round. Each team will pitch their startup in front of 30+ leading venture capitalists and investors, including Antler, Titan Capital, West Bridge Capital, and Fireside Ventures. Teams will receive real-time feedback, evaluation, and mentorship from investors. This round simulates a real investor boardroom experience and focuses on execution, traction, scalability, and founder clarity.

The Board Room is a high-impact startup pitching competition organised by the Entrepreneurship Cell, Delhi Technological University (E-Cell DTU) as part of E-Summit 2026.
Track 1 of The Board Room is exclusively designed for startups that have progressed beyond the ideation stage and are actively executing their business.
Only startups with a validated business model, active traction, early revenue, pilot deployments, or a clearly defined go-to-market strategy are eligible to apply. Idea-stage startups or concepts without execution and validation are strongly discouraged from applying under Track 1.
Details:
- Round 1 will involve online pitch deck submission (PDF) via Unstop. Based on the evaluation, the top 25 teams will be shortlisted for Round 2.
- Round 2 will be a live boardroom-style pitching round held at Delhi Technological University, where the shortlisted 25 teams will pitch in front of 30+ venture capitalists and investors, including Antler, Titan Capital, WestBridge Capital, and Fireside Ventures.
- This track focuses on early to growth-stage startups competing for funding opportunities worth ₹5 Crores+, offering founders real-world investor exposure, strategic feedback, mentorship, and fundraising opportunities.

- Delhi Technological University was established in 1941 to fulfill the needs of Indian industries for trained technical manpower having the right theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
- The college got affiliated to Delhi University in the year 1952.
- The college was set up at historic Kashmere Gate campus but later on, in 1996, the campus was shifted to Bawana Road, adjoining Sector-17, Rohini, Delhi-42 covering the area of 164 acres of land.
- The college's former name Delhi College of Engineering was changed to Delhi Technological University in July 2009.
