Flipkart is inviting students from all years of study across all B-Schools PAN India. Participate across any or all 4 tracks - Business, HR, Supply Chain, and Product, and solve for the most relevant and pressing problem in the Indian e-commerce ecosystem today. Eligibility:

Flipkart WiRED 8.0 is open to all students at all B-Schools PAN India, across all years of study (Batch of 2025, 2026), “all programs” and specializations.

Team Formation Guidelines:

• There should be 1-3 members in each team.
• Cross-campus teams are allowed.
• Cross-year teams are allowed.
• Cross-specialization teams are allowed.
• A participant can register in multiple tracks, with the same or different teams for each track. 
• Any changes to the team constitution will not be allowed post-registration.
• There is no upper limit to the number of teams from a campus.

What's at stake - Rewards and Prizes:

• National Winners: The National Winners from each track will be rewarded with Electronic Gift Vouchers worth INR 1,00,000.
• Runners-Up: The Runners-Up from each track will be rewarded with Electronic Gift Vouchers worth INR 75,000.
• Pre-Placement Interviews for Internships: After the 2nd round of 3-Slider Submissions, 1st-year students will be eligible for Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) and Internships with Flipkart, offering a stipend of INR 1.2 Lakh per month, based on their performance.
• Pre-Placement Interviews for Full-Time Roles: After the 3rd round of Semi-finale submissions, 2nd-year students will be eligible for full-time role interviews with a CTC of INR 26.49 LPA (MT Roles) & CTC of INR 26-35 LPA (Lateral Roles), based on their performance.
• Live Project Opportunities: Campuses with the highest number of quiz participants, as well as all campus winners, will be awarded live project opportunities.
• Top 50 Breakthrough Talent by Flipkart WiRED: A list of the Top 50 Breakthrough Talents from B-Schools across India will be published, showcasing the most employable and standout talent of 2024.
• Goodies and Winner Kits: Semi-Finalists and National Finalists will receive WiRED goodies and kits valued at a combined total of INR 3 Lakhs.
• Certificates: All Campus Winners, Top 50 Breakthrough Talents, Semi-Finalists, and National Finalists will be awarded certificates recognizing their achievements.
