Online Round (Idea Submission)
Teams will submit a PPT of their idea, which will be judged on innovation, feasibility, and clarity. The best teams will be shortlisted for the final offline hackathon at RV University.
Offline Round (Hackathon)
Shortlisted teams will advance to an intense overnight offline hackathon, where they will bring their ideas to life through real-time problem-solving and execution.

Dive into an electrifying two-round hackathon where innovation meets execution! Argonyx ’25 kicks off with an online idea submission round, where teams showcase their creativity, problem-solving and potential business impact through crisp presentations. Shortlisted teams will advance to the overnight offline hackathon at RV University, where they’ll design, build, and pitch their solutions under real-time constraints.
With mentor interactions, overnight coding, and high-energy pitching sessions, Argonyx ’25 is the perfect platform to test your skills, collaborate with passionate peers, and bring impactful ideas to life.

Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate students (College ID mandatory).
Team Composition:
- Inter-College teams: Allowed
- Inter-Specialization teams: Allowed
- Team Size: 2-4 members
- Format: Team Participation is required
Event Format: The hackathon will be conducted in two rounds:
Round 1: Online Screening
- Teams submit a PPT of their idea online.
- Evaluation based on innovation, feasibility, and clarity.
- Shortlisted teams qualify for the offline hackathon.
- Registration Fee: ₹100 per team (non-refundable).
Round 2: Offline Hackathon
- Date: 10th to 11th October 2025
- Time: 10th October, 3:00 PM onwards
- Venue: RV University
- Format: 15-hour coding hackathon and idea pitching.
- Shortlisted teams will be notified and must confirm their participation by paying ₹600 per team (non-refundable) for the facilities provided during the offline event. [Facilities Provided: breakfast, dinner, refreshments, high-speed internet, breakout rooms, and other amenities]
Problem Statements:
Think beyond boundaries! Argonyx ’25 is powered by Open Innovation. You choose the problem, you choose the solution, and build what truly matters to you; not just technically, but also in terms of societal and business impact. Round 1 problem statements are just the spark; the fire is yours to ignite.
Rules:
- Online Round: Solutions must be original; plagiarism will lead to disqualification
- Offline Hackathon: Teams must develop their solution within the allotted period on-site. All materials and code must be created or refined during the event
- Teams must be registered before the registration deadline.
- Participants will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation. expenses to reach the venue for the offline round.
- Incomplete registration payments won't be refunded.
- Submission Deliverables:
- Working prototype
- Source code repository
- 2-minute demo video
- Final pitch deck (max 8 slides)
- Presentation Format:
- 5-minute pitch + 2-minute Q&A
- Live demo mandatory (backup video allowed)
- All members must participate
- Strong emphasis on presentation style & market relevance

- Business Impact & Market Potential: 25%
