Eligibility & Team Formation

Who Can Participate?

• Open to undergraduate (UG) students across India

• Inter-college teams allowed – students from different colleges can collaborate

• Inter-specialization teams allowed – students from engineering, business, design, etc., can participate

Team Size & Rules

• Minimum: 3 members

• Maximum: 5 members

• Individual participation is not allowed

• One participant can be part of only one team

Event Timeline

• Start Date: April 11, 2025, 09:00 AM – Hackathon begins

• End Date: April 12, 2025, 12:00 PM – Hackathon ends (27-hour event)

This is an overnight hackathon, so participants should be prepared for an intense and rewarding experience.

Problem Statements & Solution Development

How It Works

• Teams will select a problem statement from the provided categories.

• They must develop an innovative and impactful solution based on their chosen challenge.

• Final submissions must be made through the Google Form on the CODE4CHANGE Website or Unstop platform.

Participants can choose from multiple domains based on their interests and expertise:

• Sustainable Energy & Electric Vehicles (EVs)

• Agritech, Food Security & Greentech

• Medtech, Healthcare & Bioinformatics

• Edtech, Fintech & Business Solutions

• Open Innovation & Student-Led Startups

Accommodation & Travel Support

To ensure a comfortable and smooth experience for all participants, optional accommodation and food services will be provided at minimal charges. These services are entirely optional and can be chosen based on individual preferences.

Transportation

• Pickup and drop will be arranged from Vijayawada Railway Station

• Available in three slots: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening on the event day

• Details and time slots will be shared with registered teams

Accommodation Details

• ₹350 per person per day

• Fully equipped AC rooms

• Participants will be allotted shared rooms with necessary amenities

Food Details

• ₹400 per person for the entire event

• Includes breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner

How You Can Opt

Participants can choose based on their convenience:

• Only Stay – ₹350

• Only Food – ₹400

• Both Stay and Food – ₹750

• Or opt for neither (completely optional)

Other Food Options:

• Multiple college canteens will remain open throughout the hackathon for direct purchase

• Outside food is allowed within the campus premises

Preferences will be collected during the registration process. Make sure to select your choice in advance for smooth arrangements.
