CodeRatri 2.0: Stages and Timelines
The first segment of CodeRatri 2.0 consists of two qualifiers. All the participants will be participating in only one of the two qualifiers as per their wish. They will be given a choice while filling up the form given to them on the server to choose the timing of either one of the qualifiers that suits them best. Once they’ve made their choice, they will be allowed to participate in only that slot of the qualifier. Failure to attend their chosen qualifier slot will lead to disqualification of the person. Both the qualifiers will be 2-hour long events. 60 people in total will be chosen from the two qualifiers to move ahead to the next segment. The criteria of selection will be based on the participant’s total score and submission timing.
The selected participants from the two qualifiers will move on to Round 1 of CodeRatri 2.0. Like the qualifiers, this will also be a 2-hour long round. Consisting of story based questions, 30 participants will qualify this round and move on to the next round of CodeRatri 2.0. The criteria for selection of this round is also the score of the participant along with their submission timing.
The next segment of the event is Round 2. The 30 selected participants from Round 1 will again fight for the finalists spot in a 2-hour long round on a coding platform. After solving story-based coding problems, only 15 participants, chosen on the basis of their score and submission timing, will move on to the last and final segment of this technical tournament.
On the last day of CodeRatri 2.0, the finale of the event will be held at the night of 6th September as the name suggests. The selected 15 participants will attend the 2-hour long event to reach the top. The top 3 winners will emerge from this round, selected on the basis of their scores and submission timings.
