Conversational Agentic AI Chatbot Hackathon: Stages and Timelines
Submission Round: Build Proposal & Architecture
Teams are required to submit a detailed proposal for their agentic chatbot system. This should include the problem understanding, solution overview, system architecture (with flow diagrams), and technologies planned (e.g., LangGraph, Agno, LLM APIs). This is an elimination round — only the best submissions will move forward to prototype development.
Prototype Development & Demo Submission
Shortlisted teams will build and submit a working prototype of their Agentic Chatbot, integrating key modules like LangGraph/Agno, LLM APIs, STT, VAD, and TTS. The chatbot should handle real-time conversations, manage state/memory efficiently, and support multiple users. Submissions must include a working demo, system design file, and source code.
Final Presentation & Judging Round
Top teams will present their fully developed Agentic Chatbot system to the jury panel. This round will evaluate real-time performance, architecture robustness, innovation, and scalability. Presentations should demonstrate live functionality, explain design decisions, and outline potential production-readiness of the system. This round will determine the final winners of the hackathon.
