Guidelines for Participants :

Technical Requirements:

• Ensure that you have a stable internet connection throughout the duration of the test.
• Use a device with a functional camera and microphone, as the test may include video components.
• Test your equipment in advance to avoid any technical issues during the assessment.

Browser Compatibility:

• Use a supported web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) for the best experience.
• Ensure that your browser is updated to the latest version.

Environment:

• Choose a quiet and well-lit space for the test to minimize distractions.
• Inform those around you about the scheduled test to avoid interruptions.
• Ensure proper lighting to facilitate clear visibility.

Login and Authentication:

• Log in using the credentials provided to you.
• Follow any authentication processes specified for the test.

Test Duration:

• Be aware of the allocated time for the test, and manage your time wisely.
• Ensure that you start the test promptly to make the most of the allotted time.

No External Assistance:

• The test is designed to assess individual abilities. Do not seek or provide assistance from/to others during the test.
• Avoid using unauthorized materials, notes, or electronic devices.

Communication:

• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the test.
• If there are any technical issues, use the provided channels to communicate with the designated support personnel.

Follow Instructions:

• Read all instructions carefully before starting each section of the test.
• Adhere to the guidelines provided for each question or task.

Submission:

• Ensure that you submit your test within the specified timeframe.
• Double-check that all responses are saved before final submission.

Evaluation Criteria: 

• On the basis of each team member speed & accuracy of test results will be combined and the best teams will be nominated for round 2. Example [If a team has 5 members and all members give the test then the Average of the team will considered]
