Eligibility:

Open exclusively for students. Participants must be pursuing Masters or Bachelors.
Rules and Regulations:
- Teams can include members from different academic years.
- A participant can only be part of one team.
- There is no limit to the number of teams from an institute.
- Any violations of the rules will lead to immediate disqualification.
- The organizing committee has the final say on eligibility, authenticity, and judgments.
Competition Structure:
Round 1: Online Quiz
- Format:
- Only the Team Leader has to attempt the Online Assessment Round.
- Each team gets one opportunity to take the assessment.
- If any member of a team does not attempt the assessment, that team's score will be considered null and void.
- Teams will be scored on all questions equally.
- Content:
- The quiz will consist of data interpretation and analytical questions.
Round 2: Business Use Case (On Campus)
- The algorithms, analytical tools, and techniques are at the discretion of participants.
- The final problem statement will be released on the day of the DecodeX competition.
- Submission Due:
- 10 AM on 15th Feb, 2025.
- Submit a detailed report (Word document), PowerPoint presentation, and other analytical artifacts such as Jupyter Notebook (.ipynb).
- Note: Participants must bring their systems for solving the Analytical Use Case.
Prizes & Rewards:
- Winning Team: Cash prize of ₹1,00,000.
- 1st Runner-Up Team: Cash prize of ₹50,000.
- 2nd Runner-Up Team: Cash prize of ₹25,000.
- Top 10 Teams: Opportunity to attend Pre-Placement Interviews (PPI).
- Participation Certificates: Awarded to all participants present on 14th and 15th February 2025.
Terms and Conditions:
- Verification: Participants must carry a valid college ID and Aadhar for verification.
- Travel and Accommodation: Accommodation and vegetarian meals will be provided on campus; transportation is the participant's responsibility.
- Technical Compatibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring their laptops are compatible and functional for the event.
- Entry Submission: Entries must be complete, submitted on time via Unstop, and for competition purposes only.
- Personal Information: Collected for evaluation, verification, and support by the Institute and event partners.
- Code of Conduct: Strict adherence to conduct rules; misbehavior or plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
