PPT Submission Round
Submit your detailed PPT explaining your solution. PPT must explain the solution of all the stages mentioned in the problem statement.
- Problem identification
- Introduction to the solution
- Propose a solution for the problem identified and compare with the existing solution
- Implementation strategy
- PPT should give the official contact details of the team members and the lead
- Note: The PPT must contain minimum 5 slides and maximum 10 slides
Grand Finale - Offline Round
Participants who have successfully advanced from the initial round will receive a formal invitation to participate in the grand finale round at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University). This offline event will provide an exciting opportunity for finalists to showcase their skills and compete for the ultimate prize.
All that you need to know about Graph-E-Thon 2024
Graphic Era (Deemed to be University) in collaboration with Graphic Era Hill University, is excited to announce the upcoming national-level hackathon, “Graph-E-Thon”.
Event Details:
- Duration: 72 hours
- Dates: 8th May 2024, 13:00 hours – 11th May 2024, 13:00 hours
- Venue: Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun
- The competition is divided into two stream i.e. Junior Stream and Senior Stream
- Junior Stream: Open to students from 9th to 12th grades
- Senior Stream: Open to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, including streams such as B.E., B.Tech., BCom., BBA, BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. CS, MTech., MCA, M.Sc. IT, M.Sc. CS, MBA and others
Prizes: An impressive sum of 6 lakhs is up for grabs + free incubation support to innovative ideas
Team Size: 2-4 members (at least one female member)

Problem Statement Verticals: Participants are encouraged to develop solutions within the following verticals:
- Sustainable Healthcare Solutions: Including telemedicine, patient monitoring, AI-powered diagnostics, preventive medicine, healthcare accessibility, remote health education, mental health applications, supply chain optimization, community healthcare monitoring and support, healthcare data security, and smart wearables for healthcare.
- Sustainable EdTech: Focusing on remote learning, skill enhancement using AR/VR, smart gaming, FinTech, DApps, machine learning, blockchain-based solutions, mental health solutions, innovative communication and information retrieval applications, robotics, drones, and more.
- Sustainable Technologies: Emphasizing sustainable practices in rural/urban areas, eco-tourism, waste management, recycling, renewable & clean/green energy, environmental conservation, biodiversity preservation, community well-being, and related areas.
- Open Innovation Track: Inviting innovative ideas in any chosen field that incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
Note:
- Only 1 person from the team (team leader) should register on behalf of all team members
- The team lead should enter all the details of his team members carefully while registering
- There should be atleast 1 female member in the team
- Certificates will be given to all the participants
- A winning prize of INR 25000 in each vertical will be given to Junior Stream (9th to 12th class students)
