Hack4Health-The HealthTech Hackathon: Stages and Timelines
Pitch Submission Round
- In this round, the Team Leader must submit a video showcasing the team’s solution with a brief(3-5 lines).
- The video should clearly explain the problem, the innovative solution, and how it will be implemented.
- Only the Team Leader is required to submit the video, but others can contribute ideas or content(use max 10 slides, if used).
- The video should be professional, engaging, and maximum 5 minutes long(exceeding the time limit will lead to penalty).
- Judges will evaluate the clarity, creativity, and plan of execution of the solution.
Offline Hackathon Round
- Shortlisted teams from the pitch submission round will be invited to participate in the offline Hack4Halth Hackathon.
- In this high-energy event, teams will have the chance to collaborate, innovate, and build solutions to real-world challenges in the HealthTech space.
- With limited time, participants will work intensively to develop prototypes, pitch ideas, and showcase their creativity and technical skills. This is a unique opportunity to compete in-person, network with industry experts, and bring your ideas to life!

Hack4Health is a premier Health-Tech hackathon bringing together bright minds from across the country to innovate, prototype, and pitch impactful solutions for healthcare challenges. With top mentors and judges from institutes, this hackathon offers a hands-on experience in problem-solving and product building.
Theme:AI and Data Driven Solutions for Healthcare
Eligibility
- Open to all students and professionals interested in health-tech innovation.
- Teams of 3-4 members can participate in the first screening round.
- Shortlisted Teams will be invited for the final offline Hackathon round.
Guidelines:
- Teams must consist of 3-4 members.
- All submissions must be original and ethical.
- Participants are required to bring their own laptops.
- No plagiarism or code copying.
- Prototypes must be relevant to the chosen problem statement.
- Inter-specialization team members allowed.
- You are advised to keep a medical student in your team. This is advisory and not a necessary condition.
This is a CSR initiative by HORIBA India, organized by IIITD Incubation Center, IIC, and CyFuse this event offers a platform to explore cutting-edge challenges in the HealthTech space, collaborate with like-minded individuals, and develop impactful solutions. Note-
The Problem Statements will be released on the day of the offline hackathon round i.e on 22 June 2025. In the Pitch Submission round , you have to find your own problem and its solution based on the theme provided to you. It is necessary to clear the pitch submission round to be eligible for the offline hackathon round. Thank you
