Hackforge 2025: Stages and Timelines
Round 1
Participants are expected to submit PPT and Initial Progress.
Round 2
Participants are expected to present their solutions. Online participants will do via Google Meet. MUJ students will present solutions offline.
All that you need to know about Hackforge 2025
About the Event :
HackForge is a Two Round Hackathon. It unites curious minds to explore, create, and collaborate at the intersection of technology and imagination. Participants will engage in hands-on experimentation with algorithms, design thinking, and problem-solving, all within a fast-paced, innovation-driven space centered around the theme of digital creativity.
Participation fees is 50 per person. Participation mode is both Online and Offline. All Manipal University Jaipur Students have to attend the Hackkathon offline compulsorily.
For Online Participants both Round 1 and Round 2 will be conducted online.

Eligilbility:
- The event is open to all students.
- Participants must register in teams of 1 to 4 members.

Teams with more than 4 members are not permitted.
Submission Requirements:
- GitHub Repository/Google Drive Link: All teams must create a public GitHub repository or Public Google Drive Link
- The repository/drive must have a README.md file or a file describing the project including the Project Title & Tagline, a Brief Description, a Live Demo Link, Tech Stack, and a list of Features
- Google Form: The final submission, including the GitHub repository/ Google Drive link, must be made through the official Google Form
Judgement Process:
- Criteria: Projects will be evaluated on Innovation, Visuals, Interactivity, Feasibility, Technical Execution, Presentation and Communication Skills.
Rules:
- Participants must uphold the integrity of the competition. Plagiarism or unethical behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.
- All participants are expected to maintain respect toward judges, organizers, and fellow participants.
- Participants are encouraged to use the provided rulebook and WhatsApp groups for discussion and can seek assistance from the organizing team.
