HackPulse 2026 is a 12-hour offline hackathon organized by the University of Engineering and Management (UEM), Jaipur, bringing together students, developers, designers, AI enthusiasts, innovators, and problem solvers to turn ideas into working technology solutions.

HackPulse is built for people who don't just want to talk about ideas — they want to build them.

Whether you're participating solo or with a team, you will get the opportunity to identify real-world problems, experiment with emerging technologies, build a functional solution, and present your work before a judging panel.

From AI agents and automation to innovative software solutions, HackPulse gives participants the freedom to explore, experiment, and create.

1. Open Innovation

Build a solution to a real-world problem of your choice.

Identify a meaningful problem and develop a technology-driven solution that addresses it.

You have the freedom to choose your own domain, problem statement, technology stack, and approach.

The problem is yours. The solution is yours. Build something that matters.

2. Agentic Harness

Build with AI agents. Go beyond simple chatbots.

This track focuses on AI agents, intelligent automation, tool-calling, workflows, autonomous decision-making, and agentic systems.

Participants can build solutions involving:

HackPulse 2026 offers a total cash prize pool of ₹30,000 for the top-performing teams.

Team Size

• Teams may consist of participants with different technical and non-technical skills.

There are no specific academic or technical restrictions for registration.

Hackathon Process

Round 1 — Registration

Register for HackPulse 2026 through Unstop.

Participants can register individually or form a team of up to four members.

Round 2 — Selection & Invitation

Registrations will be reviewed according to the event's selection process.

Selection will consider registration order and GitHub profile evaluation.

Only selected participants/teams will receive an official invitation to attend the offline hackathon.

Round 3 — Offline Hackathon

Selected participants will report to UEM Jaipur on 4 October 2026.

The 12-hour build sprint will begin at 9:00 AM.

Teams will work on their selected problem statement/idea and build their solution during the event.

Round 4 — Project Presentation & Evaluation

Teams will present their project before the judging panel.

Participants should be prepared to:

Round 5 — Final Results

The final evaluation will determine the winning teams.

Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the hackathon.

By registering for HackPulse 2026, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to comply with the applicable rules, guidelines, and Code of Conduct.

Important Rules

• Individual and team participation is allowed.

• Core development must take place during the hackathon.
• Pre-built projects are not allowed.
• Plagiarism or copied projects may result in disqualification.
• Open-source libraries and resources may be used subject to applicable licenses.

• Professional and respectful conduct is mandatory.
• The decision of the judging panel will be final.

Offline Experience

HackPulse is an in-person build experience at UEM Jaipur.

Selected participants will have access to event facilities and participant support during the hackathon.
