HackVortex 2025

HackVortex 2025 is India’s Biggest Multi-City Hackathon presented by LifeLine in collaboration with top tech organizations. It offers students the opportunity to build real-world tech solutions, gain national recognition, and secure top-tier career opportunities.

Event Details:

• Open to all undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma students from any college in India.
• Teams must consist of 1 to 3 members.
• Inter-college teams are allowed.
• Inter-specialization/branch teams are allowed.
• No prior hackathon experience is required — beginners are welcome.

Team Size:

• Minimum: 1 member
• Maximum: 3 members

Hackathon Format:

• Round 1 – Online Project Submission
  • Date: Submit by 30th May 2025
  • Format: Submit a project idea + GitHub link (if any), abstract & team info
  • Shortlisting Criteria: Innovation, Feasibility, Relevance to domain, Team effort
  • Announcement of Results: 1st June 2025
• Round 2 – Offline 48-Hour Hackathon (for shortlisted teams only)
  • Date: 5th – 6th June 2025
  • Format: Build your working prototype or MVP in 48 hours at a physical location
  • Venue: Multiple partnered colleges across cities (Nearest location assigned to team)
  • Facilities: FREE travel (pickup/drop), meals, snacks, and accommodation provided
• Final Result & Prize Distribution: 7th June 2025

Rules & Guidelines:

• Team size must be between 1 to 3.
• Only students currently enrolled in a recognized institution in India can apply.
• Projects must be original – plagiarism will result in disqualification.
• Final round projects must be developed during the 48-hour window only.
• All members must participate actively in both rounds.
• Shortlisted teams must travel to the allocated city (transport and stay is provided).
• Teams must bring their own laptops/devices for coding.
• Any violation of rules or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.
