Round 1
The Online Round will kickoff from June 13th to June 15th, 2025. The selected participants will have to pitch their ideas in front of the jury via virtual means.
Final Round
This will be an Offline round where the shortlisted participants will have to showcase their Ideas in front of Jury members at HBSU Campus, Mumbai.

I.D.E.A. is a national hackathon for students, jointly organised by HBSU and E3L. Its goal is to inspire young minds to tackle real-world problems with bold, innovative ideas. Open to individuals and small teams, the event encourages participants to pitch creative solutions that go beyond theory.
You don’t need to be a coding expert. Whether you're into tech, business, design, or social impact, you’ll get a chance to present your ideas, win prizes, and connect with industry mentors who care about what you’re building.
The topics for this hackathon are:

- Sustainability
- AI & Automation
- Digital Wellbeing
- Financial Literacy & Inclusion
- Open Innovation
Guidelines:
- Students from any degree or any stream can apply as individuals, duos or trios.
- Inter-college team members are allowed
- Inter-specialisation team members are allowed.
- Students need to submit their ideas based on the topics or problem statements given during registration.
- Round 1 will be held online and Round 2 will be held offline at the HBSU campus, Mumbai.

- Impact – 20%
- Presentation – 20%
- The top 3 teams will be announced in the closing ceremony and rewarded on the spot
