Inceptrix 2025: Pan-India Hackathon: Stages and Timelines
Registrations And Submission Round
In this round, we will be accepting all participant entries and presentations. Teams must register and submit their materials before the specified deadline. All submissions must adhere to the guidelines provided and be received by the designated deadline to qualify for consideration.
Evaluation Period
In this round, we will evaluate the participants who have registered in the previous phase. Assessment will be conducted on the basis of the following criteria:
- Innovation: Originality and creativity of the proposed solution
- Problem Relevance: Clear alignment with the identified challenge
- Feasibility: Practicality and viability of implementation
- Future Scope: Potential for growth, scaling, and long-term impact
- Clarity of Concept: Comprehensive understanding and articulation of the proposed solution
Participants will be judged according to these parameters to determine advancement to subsequent rounds. All evaluations will be conducted in accordance with the established guidelines.
Finalist Announcement & Final Round Registration
Following the evaluation round, finalists will be announced based on their performance against the established criteria. Selected participants will proceed to the final round of the competition.
Final Round Registration Requirements:
- Selected finalists must complete the registration process for the final round
- A registration fee of 1000 Rs is required from each qualifying team
- All finalists must report in person to FET Jain University for the final round
- Registration must be completed by the specified deadline to secure participation
Further details regarding the final round schedule, specific venue at FET Jain University, and any additional requirements will be communicated directly to the finalist teams.
Final Round - Offline Round
This will be an offline round! This is the final round where the 24 Hours INCEPTRIX Hackathon will take place. The finalist teams are expected and required to attend in person at Jain - School of Engineering and Technology on the specified dates.

Theme: Shaping tomorrow's world through intelligent innovation.
Problem Statement: Participants can select any problem statement aligned with the theme.
General Guidelines:
- Open to students from all UG and PG disciplines.
- Teams must have 4–5 members with at least one girl in the team.
- Registration and PPT submission window: April 10–20, via the official website.
- PPT must clearly outline the problem statement, solution, tech stack, feasibility, and team roles.
- Shortlisted teams will be announced on April 25; finalists must reconfirm participation by paying ₹1000 on or before April 30.
- Final event is offline at FET on May 8–9, 2025.
- Submitted ideas must be original, innovative, and not lifted from existing solutions.
- Use of AI-generated content without significant innovation or customization is strictly prohibited.
- Repackaging or minor modifications of existing open-source projects will be disqualified.
- Teams must be ready to explain and defend their idea and development process during the final round.
- Maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere at all times – misconduct or misbehavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
- All important updates will be communicated via email and the official website.
Do's for The Qualifier Round:
- Register on Time: complete Your Team Registration and Submit Your Idea Ppt Between April 10–20 via The Official Website.
- Form a Balanced Team: ensure Your Team Has 4–5 Members with At Least One Girl.
- Focus on Originality: develop a Unique Idea that Aligns with The Hackathon Theme.
- Prepare a Comprehensive Ppt: clearly Outline the Problem Statement, Solution Approach, Tech Stack, Feasibility, and Team Roles.
- Review Guidelines: read All Submission Instructions and Ensure Your Ppt Meets the Required Criteria.
- Follow Ethical Practices: use Original Content and Cite Any Necessary Resources Appropriately.
- Stay Updated: monitor Your Email and The Website for Announcements, Especially Regarding Shortlisting on April 25.
Don'ts for The Qualifier Round:
- Avoid Late Submissions: do Not Submit Your Ppt After the April 20 Deadline.
- No Plagiarism: don't Use Copied Content, Repurposed Open-Source Material, or Unaltered Existing Ideas.
- Limit Ai Dependency: do Not Rely Solely on Ai-Generated Content without Adding Significant Originality or Customization.
- Skip Incomplete Submissions: avoid Submitting an Incomplete or Poorly Organized Ppt.
- No Last-Minute Changes: once Registered, Avoid Swapping Team Members or Altering Critical Submission Details.
- Disregard Communications: don't Ignore Official Updates; Missing Key Information Might Affect Your Eligibility.
Note: The Registration fee is only applicable to participants who advance to the second round of the competition and not for initial registration.
