Team Formation

• Teams can consist of 1 to 4 members.

• Submission through the Google form on the Innofusion website or Unstop platform is accepted.

• Each team can submit up to 2 projects.

• Members cannot be part of multiple teams.

• Projects must be original work.

• Each team must designate one team member as the primary contact.

Event Timeline

Start Date: March 13th, 2025

• The event officially begins.

Registration Deadline: March 27th, 2025

• Registration will close by the end of the day on March 27th, 2025.

First Round (Idea Submission): Ends March 27th, 2025

• The first round consists solely of idea submissions.

• Submission through the Google form on the Innofusion website or Unstop platform is accepted.

Final Round Shortlist Declaration: April 1st, 2025

• Teams that are shortlisted for the final round will be announced.

Final Round

Date: 8th April 2025
Mode: Offline (In-person)

• Exception: Shortlisted participants from distant regions (North East states, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Gujarat, Rajasthan) can join the hackathon online if they are unable to attend in person.

The final round will involve evaluation or presentations of the selected ideas.

Idea Selection

• Focus on innovative and impactful solutions that address real-world challenges.

• Align your idea with the provided themes or problem statements available on the Innofusion website.

• Participants may also bring their own problem statement or idea if it aligns with the hackathon's goals.

• Each problem statement has a unique code (e.g., SF, HD) according to the chosen category.

• Submission through the Google form on the Innofusion website or Unstop platform is accepted.

Abstract Submission (1st Round)

• Submit a clear and detailed abstract in PDF format that outlines your project's concept, goals, and potential impact.

• Only one contact detail per team will be collected for communication purposes.
