Welcome to the Inventus Innovation Challenge!
The Inventus Innovation Challenge is here to provide a platform for brilliant minds like yours to showcase groundbreaking ideas and solutions. Inventus Innovation Challenge is an exciting opportunity for undergraduate students to showcase their creativity and problem-solving skills by developing innovative solutions and prototypes for real world problems. Organized by Aetervia, this event will run from 14th April, 2025 to 12th May, 2025 and is held online.
Stages:
- Round 1: Registration and Abstract /PPT submission
- Participants will be required to submit their pitch deck (presentation) at the time of registration.

- Round 2 : Selection Round
- An online round through meet will be held where selected students get a chance to pitch their ideas to the judges.
- Shortlisted participants will be informed about their pitching slot and other details from theteam
- Round 3 : Final Round
- The selected teams will be allotted time to pitch their ideas to the panel in the slot they are allotted
Eligibility: Open to all Undergraduate Students across all fields and disciplines
Registration Fee: Rs 250/- per team for the later rounds
Note: There is no registration fee for the initial rounds or registration.
Timeline:
- Registration Deadline/Round 1- 5th May, 2025
- Selection Round/ Round 2- 10th May, 2025 (Online)
- Final Round/ Round 3- 11th May, 2025 (Online)
- Result- 12th May, 2025 (Online)
Rules and Guidelines:
- All teams must submit their ppt/ abstracts while registration.
- Each team must consist of 1 to 4 members(individual participation is allowed).
- Team members can be from different departments/disciplines.
- One team member must be designated as the team leader for communication and submissions.
- A participant can only be part of one team.
- Teams are advised to choose a unique and appropriate team name.
- Changing team members after registration is not allowed.
- After the registration and abstract submission(included in the form ) the selected teams will have to pay the registration fees of Rs 250.
