PPT Submission Round

1. Format: .ppt/.pptx or .pdf (max 25 MB)
2. Filename: TeamName_ProjectTitle
3. Must include: team details, title, summary, problem, solution, architecture, tools, 2 diagrams, results, demo (if any)
4. Deadline: 25th June 2025 (late submissions need prior approval)
5. Max 10 slides, animations/videos allowed (ensure compatibility)
6. No plagiarism or reuse of past projects, disclose reused code.
7. Non-disclosure of reused code leads to disqualification.
8. Judging based on: innovation, technical depth, feasibility and clearity.

Top 30 teams, from Round 1 will advance to offline Round 2

Code of Conduct / Registration Criteria / Guidelines
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Only undergraduate students are eligible
- Open to students from all branches and academic years
- Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members, per team.
- Submission Requirements:
- All teams must submit a PPT for Round 1 using the official RAIT ACM template
- Non-adherence to template or guidelines results in disqualification
- Submissions must be made before the deadline; late entries not accepted
- Hackathon Format:
- Two rounds
- Round 1: Teams choose a problem statement from domains (e.g., Blockchain, Healthcare, Education, Women’s Safety, AI/ML)
- Round 2: New problem from same domain given to shortlisted teams by leading tech companies
- Top 3 winners selected regardless of domain, based on innovation and excellence
Judging & Evaluation:
- Round 1 based on:

- Feasibility
- Impact
- Clarity of solution in PPT
- Round 2: Live presentations/demos evaluated by industry experts and academic mentors
- No plagiarism or reuse of past projects
- Full disclosure required for reused code or projects; non-disclosure leads to dismissal

- Teams choose one problem statement from a domain for Round 1

- Enable crypto-based transactions (fees, events, peer-to-peer)

- BC-02: BioChain — Fingerprint-Based Crypto Transactions
- Biometric-secured crypto wallet using fingerprint authentication
- Fingerprint recognition to access and authorize blockchain transactions
- Eliminates private keys while maintaining privacy and decentralization
Healthcare
- HC-01: ReCure — Smart Post-Discharge Recovery Companion
- Digital companion for post-hospital recovery
- Personalized recovery plans, symptom alerts, caregiver access, remote doctor monitoring
- Voice assistance and gamified tasks for patient compliance
- HC-02: NeuroNest — AI-Based Early Detection of Cognitive Decline
- AI tool for early detection of dementia using multimodal inputs
