Round 1: PPT and Video Solution Submission
Teams are obligated to choose only one problem statement from the provided options. Problem Statements are attached to the brochure and as well as they are available on the website.
Teams must submit a PowerPoint presentation (8-12 Slides, any format), along with a 2-3 minute video illustrating your solution and presentation on logithon@softlinkglobal.com.
The first round of shortlisting will rely on the submitted PPT. Submission of Video is mandatory to advance to next round.
The video should elaborate on the methodology, concepts, and tech stack used. Detailed explanations within the time limit will be rewarded. It should be a screen recording of the PPT with team members presenting the solution.
Video should be a screen recording demonstrating the PowerPoint presentation, and you should briefly explain your solution in the video. It should be uploaded on either YouTube or Google Drive, and a shareable link must be provided for evaluation purposes.
Round 2: Shortlisting based on round 1 video submissions
Shortlisted participants from Round 1 will undergo further evaluation based on their Video Solutions.
The final shortlisted teams from Round 2 will be invited to the campus of IEOR, IIT Bombay, Mumbai to present their complete executable solutions before the jury members. This stage will involve a 24-hour coding process, during which teams will receive mentorship from our mentors to refine their projects further.

The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), On the occasion, of IEOR Day, in partnership with Softlink Global Pvt. Ltd. & AllMasters, presents LogiTHON, a groundbreaking 24-hour hackathon converging technology and logistics. This hackathon will be a key feature of the grand annual Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (IEOR) Day (8th March 2025) celebration at IIT Bombay. The IEOR Day event will convene leading figures from academia and industry to explore the latest advancements, research, and future directions of IEOR, providing a crucial platform for networking and collaboration among stakeholders dedicated to the field's progress.
LogiTHON on 8th & 9th March 2025, brings together diverse participants to develop innovative solutions addressing key logistics challenges, with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, social impact, and mentorship.
LogiTHON aims to reshape the future of logistics by exploring supply chain optimization and last-mile delivery innovations, fostering a dynamic ecosystem of idea exchange and collaborative partnerships.
Guidelines:
- Duration : 24 hours of working on problem statements.
- Eligibility: Open to all Undergraduate & Diploma students from any background with adequate knowledge of the domain and a valid student ID card.
- Team Formation: Students must register in teams of 2 to 4 members.Team should have a Team Leader and Team name each.
General Rules:
- The selected teams should make travelling arrangements for the last stage according to the timeline disclosed. Food and Accommodation will be provided at the venue.
- Evaluation criteria will include originality, technical intricacy, and projected influence.
- Provide clear guidelines for project submissions, encompassing comprehensive documentation, links to code repositories, and a concise presentation format.
- Participants should carry their laptops and other necessary components.
- In case of any disputes/discrepancies, the organizer's decision will be final and binding.
- Timelines may vary at different stages throughout the event.
