Join us for "Momentum Mavericks," a high-octane innovation challenge designed to ignite your creativity and propel you into the future of problem-solving. This hackathon is your opportunity to tackle tomorrow's most pressing problems through innovative challenges, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. We're seeking passionate individuals, the "Mavericks," who are ready to collaborate, think outside the box, and develop groundbreaking solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Eligibility:
- Open to 3rd year and final year students from all disciplines.
- Teams must consist of 5 members.
Process:
- Registration: Teams must register online before the deadline.
- Round 1: Ideation and Proposal: Teams will submit a brief proposal outlining their solution concept and approach within.
- Round 2: Development and Prototyping: Selected teams will develop a working prototype or proof-of-concept.
- Round 3: Final Presentation and Demonstration: Teams will present their solutions to a panel of judges, demonstrating their functionality and innovation.
Rules:
- All code must be original and developed during the hackathon.
- Teams must adhere to the provided problem statements and guidelines.
- Plagiarism or any form of cheating will result in disqualification.
- Teams must respect intellectual property rights and use open-source or licensed resources appropriately.
- Judges' decisions are final.
- Teams must be present for all required portions of the event.
- Any pre-existing code must be clearly labeled, and must be a small portion of the overall project.
- Teams must adhere to all code of conduct rules set by the organization.
Judging Criteria:
- Innovation and creativity.
