Phase 1 Prarambh (Online): Idea Submission
Teams are required to submit a PPT using the provided template.
The presentation should clearly articulate the idea, the problem and potential solutions.
Phase 2 Srishti (Online): Prototype Submission
Shortlisted teams will develop a prototype based on their idea.
Submit a 3–5-minute video demonstrating the prototype's functionality and key features.
Phase 3 Moksha: Grand Finale
The Grand Finale will be a 24-hour offline hackathon held at the event venue.

BrahmaX is a prestigious national-level hackathon by codecraX where participants solve real-world challenges across five innovative themes. Open to students from freshers to final years, it’s an opportunity to showcase technical prowess, creativity, and innovation.

Themes – The 5 Elements of Innovation:

Rules and Regulations:
Phase 1 – Prarambh (Online): Idea Submission
- Teams must submit a PPT using the provided template
- Presentation must clearly articulate the idea, problem, and potential solutions
Phase 2 – Srishti (Online): Prototype Submission
- Shortlisted teams will develop a prototype based on their idea
- Submit a 3–5-minute video demonstrating the prototype's functionality and key features
Phase 3 – Moksha: Grand Finale (Offline)
- 24-hour offline hackathon at the event venue
- Teams will refine, enhance, and finalize their prototypes within the given time
Entry Fee:
- ₹400/- per team
Team Composition:
- Teams must consist of 3–4 members
- A diverse team fuels groundbreaking innovation
Terms and Conditions:
- The college will not be responsible for any issues, risks, or disputes during accommodation
- All participants will receive e-certificates affiliated with the institution
- Refreshments and lunch will be provided during the final round
- Winners and participants will receive exclusive kits
- Plagiarism of code, designs, or ideas will lead to disqualification
Guidelines for Phase 3 – Moksha: Grand Finale:
- RSVP: Team leader must RSVP within 48 hours upon receiving the selection email
- Travel & Accommodation: Participants must manage their own travel. Affordable accommodation options will be recommended
- Essential Documents: Each team member must carry a stamped college photo ID and a consent letter copy for verification
- Travel Allowance: No travel allowance will be provided
- Originality: All solutions must be original, plagiarism-free, and not submitted previously
Awards & Recognition:
- Only one overall winner will be selected across all five themes
- Winning team will receive a ₹15,000 cash prize along with exciting swags and prizes
- Final decision on winners and prize money will rest with the organizers, based on solution quality and judging criteria
