NextGen AI Sprint: Build, Pitch, and Impress in 3 Hours

Guidelines:

• Inter-college and inter-specialization team members allowed.
• Open to high school and college students.
• Teams must consist of 3-5 members.
• Register through the event page before the deadline.

Event Format and Rules:

Part 1: Ideation & Product Development (2 hours)

• Opening Remarks (10 mins): Overview of objectives, rules, and tools.
• Ideation Session (30 mins): Develop problem statements with mentor guidance.
  • Output: Problem statement and MVP solution outline.
• Product Development (1 hr 20 mins): Build MVPs with AI integration and mentor support.

Part 2: Design & Presentation (1 hour)

• Teams build MVPs using AI tools (e.g., VSCode PowerPoint extension).
• Pitch Prep (20 mins): Prepare slides and practice.
• Final Presentations (40 mins): Deliver a 5-minute pitch and 2-minute Q&A.

Judges will evaluate based on innovation, feasibility, AI integration, and market readiness.

Project Themes:

Teams must focus on one area: Marketing, HR, Operations, or Finance and Sustainability.
The MVP should present a functional AI solution addressing a clear problem.

Prizes & Resources:

• Cash prizes, mentorship, and certificates.
• Access to AI tools and expert mentorship.

Code of Conduct & Submission:

• Original work is mandatory.
• Respect all participants.
• Submit MVP and presentation by Day 2.

Disqualification:

Teams will be disqualified for:

• Breaching the code of conduct.
• Late submissions without prior approval.
• Evidence of plagiarism or unauthorized project use.

Evaluation Criteria:

Scoring is based on the following categories:

• AI Application (25 points)
• Market Viability (20 points)
• Marketing Strategy (20 points)
• Innovation and Creativity (20 points)
• Presentation and Pitch (15 points)

Total possible score: 100 points.
