All that you need to know about Odoo x CGC Mohali Hackathon 2025
Get ready to face surprise problem statements (released at the beggining of coding hours)!
Timeline:
- 22 July 2025 (10 AM): Last date to register
- 02 August 2025 (9 AM to 5 PM): First Round (Virtually)
- 06 August 2025 (7 PM): Announcement of Top 75 Teams for final round
- 30 - 31 August 2025: Final Round (Offline) for Top 75 Teams

Registration Process:
- Registration is free & it is Mandatory to register on Odoo's website as well - https://www.odoo.com/event/cgc-mohali-8573/register
- Registered Teams will receive necessary instructions via email after registration deadline.
- No TA/DA or any other allowances will be provided to participants under any circumstances for this event.
Coding Challenge:
- Surprise problem statements with all neccessary instructions would be provided to participants at the time of coding hours (for virtual and final rounds problem statements would be different)
- No restrictions for coding languages
- We expect a full stack development
- It is a hiring hackathon - your technical knowledge matters!
Eligibility:
- Open for all tech students, freshers, and coding enthusiasts
- No prior experience required – just your passion for coding!
- Teams of up to 4 members are allowed
- All programming languages are welcome
Prizes & Rewards:
- Winner: ₹ 45,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- First Runner-up: ₹ 35,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- Second Runner-up: ₹ 25,000 Cash Prize + Odoo Goodies + Certificate
- Top performing teams/Individuals selected by Odoo will be considered for Internship and employment offer (based on eligibility)
- Final round participants (top 75 Teams) will receive a Participation Certificate
