Round 2 - Idea Submission, Prototype & PPT
In this round, participants move from ideation to a structured technical solution. Participants must choose a problem statement from any of the four hackathon tracks and design an innovative technological solution to address it.
Round 3 – Mentor Round (Online):
Shortlisted teams from Round 2 will be invited to present their prototypes to industry mentors via virtual sessions held on 4th April 2026. Teams will demo their solution live, answer questions, and receive structured feedback. Only the best teams will advance to the Grand Finale.
Final Round – Grand Finale (Offline)
Shortlisted teams will advance to the Grand Finale held in-person at the Microsoft Office-KP Towers, Noida on 6th April 2026. Teams must give a live demonstration and presentation to the jury panel explaining their implementation and use case.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Student Status: Open to students from the 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029 graduating batches only
- Team Size: Teams must consist of 1 to 4 members
- Graduation Year Rule: All team members must be from the same graduation year
- Inter-College Teams: Allowed: provided all members are from the same graduation year
- Inter-Specialization Teams: Allowed: members can be from different branches or specializations
Rules & Guidelines:
Round 1 – Registration:
All participants must first register on the Unstop platform either as an individual or as a team.
Round 2 – Idea Submission, Prototype & PPT:
In this round, participants move from ideation to a structured technical solution. Participants must choose a problem statement from any of the four hackathon tracks and design an innovative technological solution to address it.
Participants must submit:
- Prototype Submission
- A working or partially working prototype demonstrating the core functionality of the proposed solution
- PPT Submission (5–6 slides)
- Slides should exclude the front (title) and back (thank you) slides
- The presentation must clearly explain:
- Problem Statement
- Proposed Solution and its key features
- Technology Stack used
- Challenges faced during development
- Future Scope and Scalability
Round 3 – Mentor Round (Online):
Shortlisted teams from Round 2 will be invited to present their prototypes to industry mentors via virtual sessions held on 4th April 2026. Teams will demo their solution live, answer questions, and receive structured feedback. Only the best teams will advance to the Grand Finale.
Final Round – Grand Finale (Offline):
Shortlisted teams will advance to the Grand Finale held in-person at the Microsoft Office, KP Towers on 6th April 2026. Teams must give a live demonstration and presentation to the jury panel explaining their implementation and use case.
Each team must be prepared with:
- A live demo of the working solution
- A GitHub repository link containing the complete source code
- A presentation explaining the idea, architecture, implementation, and use case
Evaluation Criteria: Teams will be evaluated by mentors and the jury panel based on:
- Innovation & Creativity: uniqueness of idea, novel application of technology (25%)
- Technical Execution: code quality, system design, architecture decisions (25%)
- Problem–Solution Fit: how effectively the solution addresses the stated problem (20%)
- Impact & Scalability: real-world applicability and potential for growth (20%)
- Presentation & Demo: clarity of pitch, live demo quality, Q&A handling (10%)
Rules:
- One submission per team: multiple entries are not permitted
- All work must be original: plagiarism of any kind will lead to disqualification
- The project must be built during the hackathon: pre-built solutions are not accepted
- All team members must attend the Grand Finale in person if shortlisted
