Challenge Areas/Tracks: Participants can choose to focus on one or more of the following challenge areas:
- Intelligent Self-Service Bots:
- Goal: Develop AI agents that can accurately understand customer queries and provide comprehensive, relevant solutions without human intervention.
- Examples: Advanced FAQs, diagnostic bots, personalized recommendation engines.
- Proactive Customer Engagement:
- Goal: Create agents that can anticipate customer needs or issues and reach out proactively to offer assistance or information.
- Examples: Anomaly detection leading to outreach, personalized onboarding guides, alerts for potential service disruptions.
- Agent Assist & Augmentation:
- Goal: Build AI tools that empower human customer support agents by providing real-time information, automating mundane tasks, or suggesting responses.
- Examples: Sentiment analysis for live chats, real-time knowledge base lookups, automated ticket categorization and routing.
- Omnichannel AI Experience:
- Goal: Design AI agents that can seamlessly operate across multiple channels (web, mobile, social media, voice) while maintaining context.
- Examples: Consistent chat experience across platforms, voice AI integration with existing text-based support.
- Personalized Customer Journeys:
- Goal: Develop AI agents that can tailor interactions based on individual customer history, preferences, and behavior.
- Examples: AI-driven personalized offers, context-aware upsells/cross-sells, dynamic pricing based on customer segments.

- 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Challenge Overview & Problem Statement Deep Dive
- 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Team Formation & Ideation Session
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Project Planning & Initial Design (Mentors available)
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
- 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Intensive Development & Prototyping (Mentors & Technical Support available)
- 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Project Submission Deadline & Final Touches
- 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Final Presentations to Judges
- 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Judges' Deliberation & Awards Ceremony
- 6:30 PM onwards: Networking & Celebration
Judging Criteria: Projects will be evaluated based on the following:
- Innovation & Creativity (25%): Uniqueness and novelty of the solution.
- Impact & Relevance (25%): How well the solution addresses a real customer support problem and its potential business value.
- Technical Implementation (25%): Quality of code, use of AI/ML models, robustness, and scalability (even in prototype form).
- User Experience (UX) & Design (15%): Intuition, ease of use, and overall user interface.
- Presentation & Demo (10%): Clarity of explanation, effectiveness of the demo, and ability to convey the solution's value.

- 1st Place: ₹10000 Cash Prize
- 2nd Place: ₹5000 Cash Prize
- 3rd Place: ₹ 2500 for 2 SWAG Bag, Certificates
- Special Category Prizes: : Most Innovative Use of LLMs, Most Scalable Solution
