Samartha 2025 - National Hackathon: Stages and Timelines
Level - 1 [Low Level Design Submission]
In the first round, teams must submit a Low-Level Design presentation of their innovative idea aligned with one of the hackathon’s official themes.
Submission Format

The submission must be in PowerPoint format.

Maximum 10 slides allowed.

Onsite Round
Shortlisted teams will participate in a 36 hour onsite hackathon at Mohan Babu University, where they must build a working prototype(Software/Hardware) from the Problem Statements revealed onsite. Deliverables include a demo, source code, and pitch deck. Teams will present their solutions to a jury, and winners will be selected based on innovation, technical depth, impact, and presentation. The Payment of Rs 200 per member will be applicable only if you are shortlisted to participate in ROUND 2

- Level 2 – Final Phase (Onsite Hackathon at MBU):
- Selected teams participate in a 36-hour onsite hackathon
- Problem statements revealed at the venue
- Teams build working prototypes and present solutions before the jury

Participation Details:
- Open to all students across India
- Team size: 3–5 members
- Inter-college teams not allowed; all members must belong to the same college
- Inter-branch teams allowed within the same college
- Registration Fee: ₹200 per participant (final round only)
- Accommodation Fee: ₹300 per participant (if required)
Prizes:
- 1st Prize: ₹1,50,000 + Trophy + Certificates
- 2nd Prize: ₹1,25,000 + Trophy + Certificates
- 3rd Prize: ₹1,00,000 + Trophy + Certificates
- Consolation Prizes: ₹15,000 each for top shortlisted teams per theme showing exceptional effort and innovation
