Get ready for SeaTF, an exciting All India Online Capture The Flag (CTF) competition, organized by NITK’s three exclusive clubs – ACM, IET, and IE. This event is open to all UG students across India, providing a platform to test and showcase their cybersecurity skills.
SeaTF will challenge participants with a variety of problems, covering cryptography, web security, reverse engineering, forensics, and more. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced CTF player, the event promises an engaging and competitive experience.
With thrilling challenges, an intense leaderboard battle, and exciting prizes, SeaTF is set to be a must-attend event for coding & cybersecurity enthusiasts. Mark your calendars, gear up, and prove your skills in this nationwide hacking showdown! Stay tuned for more details.
Dates & Deadlines:
- Registration Ends : March 10, 2025 (02:00 PM IST)
- Competition Starts: March 10, 2025 (02:00 PM IST)
- Competition Ends: March 12, 2025 (12:00 AM IST)
Rules & Event Structure:
- Competition Format: CTF with multiple categories (Web Security, Cryptography, Reverse Engineering, Forensics, etc.).
- Challenges have hidden flags (specific text patterns) that participants must find and submit.
- Each challenge has a different point value based on difficulty.
- Maximum Size of Team : 2 Members
- Participants can compete solo or in teams of up to 2 members.
- All members need not be strictly from the same institution.
- Duration: 36 Hours
- Leaderboard rankings will be based on total points scored. In case of a tie, the fastest submission time wins.
Fair Play & Disqualification:
- Plagiarism, flag sharing, or any form of malpractice will lead to immediate disqualification.
- All disputes will be resolved by the organizing committee, and their decision will be final. (Refer to the discord Server).
