Round 1
Details:

- Submit final prototype by April 15, 9:00 AM.
- Guest lecture on service now.
- Industry experts from Sify and Inmorphis will mentor and evaluate submissions.
- Top 10–15 teams advance to Round 2.
Round 2
It will be a physical round where all shortlisted teams will need to present their idea in VIT-AP University, Andhra Pradesh.

The Sheradil Club, in collaboration with Relfast Compliance Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Sheradil Foundation, is proud to present a 24-hour hybrid hackathon at VIT-AP University. This impactful event is designed to empower participants to create innovative tech-driven solutions for pressing social issues, including:
- Women’s Safety & Empowerment
- Child Welfare & Protection
- Mental Health & Well-Being
- Legal & Social Justice
- Cybersecurity & Digital Safety
Guidelines:
Round 1 – Online Round
Date & Time: April 14, 9:00 AM – April 15, 9:00 AM
Details:
- Teams of 2 to 4 members collaborate virtually.
- Submit final prototype by April 15, 9:00 AM.
- Industry experts from Sify and Inmorphis will mentor and evaluate submissions.
- Top 10–15 teams advance to Round 2.
Round 2 – Offline Round
Date & Time: April 16, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Venue: IIEC Room
Details:
- Finalists present working prototypes to a jury of three college professors.
- Winners announced at the end of the event.
Rules:
Participants must submit the following before the deadline:
Demo Video (2 Minutes)
- A video showcasing the working prototype and a brief explanation.
- Upload the video to YouTube (ensure it is viewable).
- Share the link in your submission.
Code Files
- Submit the complete source code in a compressed (.zip/.rar) folder.
- Include a README file with setup instructions (if applicable).
Virtual Group Photo
- A screenshot of the team members together in a virtual meeting.
Ensure all files are correctly named and submitted within the deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
