Eligibility and Guidelines:

• The competition is open to Pre-Final and Final Year Engineering students graduating in 2024 & 2025.
• B.Tech/M.Tech/Integrated Dual Degree Course students are eligible to participate in Tata Elxsi TELIPORT.
• Students can either participate individually or in a team size of 2-3 members.
• The members of a team need to be from the same college, ensure they belong to the 81 eligible institutes.
• Cross-College teams are not allowed.
• Cross-Year teams are allowed.
• Cross-specialization and Cross-course teams are allowed.

Competition Structure:

Round 1: Idea Submission Round

• Teams have to adhere to the submission format (1-slider PDF submission). 
• There are 3 Problem statements and you are required to select one of them after reviewing all three and prepare your solution accordingly.
• You are allowed to prepare your solution on the one selected problem statement only.
• Assessors and jury members will evaluate the case submissions & subsequently top entries across campuses will be announced on Unstop.
• Teams are requested to upload the same on this page under the Idea Submission round.
• This round will be eliminatory and will be used to assess teams that will proceed to the next round.
• Top teams of each campus will be shortlisted for the Detailed Submission Round.
• Upon submission, the submitted idea shall become the exclusive property of Tata Elxsi.

Round 2: Detailed Submission

• An initial round of shortlisting will be done based on the synopsis submitted and the top shortlisted teams will be announced across all submissions received.
• These Top shortlisted teams will have to submit a 10-slider PPT of their idea.
• Campus winners from each campus will be awarded with Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs).
• Top 5 Teams with the best solutions will finally be selected as the National Finalist Teams, who will move to the Grand Finale.

Round 3: Grand Finale

• The Top 5 Teams will be invited for an On-ground Grand Finale to present final submissions to a panel of Senior Leaders.
• Teams will be competing to be crowned as the National Winner of TELIPORT - Transcend into the world of opportunities!

Rewards:

• Grand Finale winners will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 2,50,000/- 
• 1st Runner-up will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 1,50,000/- 
• 2nd Runner-up will be awarded with a cash prize of INR 50,000/- 
• Top 5 teams to get goodies worth INR 50,000/-
• National Finalists will get PPOs
• Campus Winning Team from each campus will get PPIs
• Participation Certificates
